Travel, Tips!

1. Try to maintain their routine as much as possible, as it will also help with their return home after the holidays.

2. Take with you, if possible, blackout curtains, white noise machines, sleep bags, and other items your baby needs for a peaceful sleep.

3. Shower them with affection all the time.

4. Have fun!

When I started writing this post, my idea was to share tips about sleep, what to do or not regarding routines, and provide more concrete advice.
However, vacations should primarily be used to create connections, memories, and bonds.
Children need to feel safe, happy, and connected with their parents and life for good sleep. Just like adults, we cannot sleep when we feel afraid, right?

My most important tip:
Make the most of your vacations to slow down and be present with them!

Daily life already consumes so much of our time, and sometimes we can’t give them the attention they need.
Follow some rules, yes, but also let things flow.

Above all, have fun and enjoy your vacations 🙂

What memories do you have from your holidays?
